2025 OTC BRASIL welcome letter

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) Board of Directors, the 2025 OTC Brasil Program Committee, and its sponsoring organizations, we invite you to submit a paper proposal presenting your technical solutions, innovations, advancements, and knowledge at Brazil’s premier offshore energy event, scheduled for 28–30 October 2025 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Strategically positioned amid the ongoing energy transition, discussions at OTC Brasil will focus on traditional oil and gas technologies while highlighting the innovations essential for a more sustainable future. Don’t miss the opportunity to share your valuable scientific and technical knowledge with your peers and make a lasting impact on the future of energy.

Submit your paper proposal outlining your technical advancement, new method, case study, or practical application by 11 March 2025. If your paper is selected, you will have the opportunity to present your work in Rio de Janeiro, share insights from your technical achievements or collaborative efforts, and become a published author in OnePetro®, the premier international technical resource for specialists in the upstream segment.

OTC Brasil is organized by OTC, the Instituto Brasileiro de Petróleo, Gás e Biocombustíveis (IBP) and 12 sponsoring academic, scientific, and professional organizations, all committed to advancing and disseminating knowledge of offshore resources and related environmental matters.

Under the theme “The Future of Deepwater Technologies: Connecting Oil & Gas and Renewables,” OTC Brasil 2025 will strive to bring opportunities to all areas related to the Offshore O&G industry, while fostering dialogue with a wider range of industry and community stakeholders.

We are very excited about the 2025 conference and the opportunity to share the latest International offshore technologies with potential application in Brazil.

Sincerely,
